In the preface of the 1887 edition of Jerry Thomas' "Bartenders Guide: How to Mix All Kinds of Plain and Fancy Drinks," it says:

"This is an Age of Progress; new ideas and new appliances follow each other in rapid succession."

At the time, this was a reference to all the new drinks, methods, and ingredients that were developing in the 1860s - the first golden age of the American cocktail. The author's words still ring true 135 years later in this new era of craft cocktails. With the Cocktail Icons Collection, we continue that journey into the digital realm, the metaverse, and beyond!
